Secondary School Vacancies 
Head of Secondary School (Vacancy Reference: 202608-HS-PRINCIPAL)

The Secondary School Principal will drive the development of the AISB Secondary School at a time when the school is emerging as an international school recognised for innovation and high quality teaching and learning in Bangkok.

​

The Secondary School Principal is a key part of senior school executive team and is responsible to the Director for the educational planning and quality assurance of the Secondary School Years. 

​

The position is based at the Soi 31 Secondary campus.


The successful appointee will:

  • Have a clearly demonstrated capacity to understand the unique culture of AISB and will demonstrate a keenness to quickly obtain a broad understanding of all aspects of the school’s operation on each campus.

  • Have exceptional people and leadership skills

  • Be able to work closely with the Director and other members of the executive team

  • Bring value added skills which will enhance performance in the role

  • Have demonstrated leadership experience at a principal or vice principal level, in an
    international school context

  • Have demonstrated curriculum leadership experience in the context of the Australian
    Curriculum and/or the Cambridge IGCSE and A-level programmes

  • Have a demonstrated capacity to understand the unique Thai culture and its place within 
    Asia, as well as Thai laws pertaining to education and employment.
