The Role:
As the School Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

IT Support Officer - Immediate Start​
​
The Australian International School of Bangkok is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join the school’s Information Technology Systems Support and digital technology services team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support tasks within the school.

Manage and maintain the school’s LAN, network, computers, and various IT hardware.

Source and procure IT equipment for school operations.

Develop and oversee the IT asset management system.
-
Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation.
-
Perform additional tasks as required to support the school’s IT needs.

Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, computer science, or a related field.

Aged between 25 and 40 years.

At least 3 years of experience in IT support and computer systems.

Proficient in installing and troubleshooting MS Windows, O365, and various applications.

Skilled in networking (LAN, WiFi), antivirus software, mail clients, and hardware maintenance.
